The Empress 2022
This print is one of my original designs for The Empress in The Infinity Tarot Deck (Which will be released at the end of 2024).
The Empress is the cosmic mother, pregnant with life, ideas and desires. She rules over the earth and the sky. She celebrates both the body and the mystic mind. She calls forth for joyous birth and evolution. Creation in all its expressions.
For this Artwork I used mixed media, collage, painting and drawing. I take my own photos to create textures for my collages, I also use vintage photos and collated images. My Artworks are not created digitally. My artistic journey embraces a tangible, hands-on approach: cutting, painting and drawing, interacting directly with my materials it’s very important in my creative process, creating that magic where mind, soul and hand are interlaced together.
