Returns

If you are unhappy with the prints or products or something is damaged in transit, please email us using the contact form and we will do our best to make it right.

Art print: Damaged & significant delays

In the unlikely event the product arrives to your customer damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. To arrange this please contact us using the contact form or sent an email at theinfiniteloop88@gmail.com.

We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either cases we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at our cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us.

Other refunds

Refunds are generally allowed within 14 days after the purchase. After this period a refund is not possible. (Please contact us with your specific enquire)

For bundles of crystals bought in the UK, we will cover the delivery cost of the return and refund the money.

For orders outside the UK, You must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods, once the goods are received a refund will be sent to you.
